Child Safety Standards
JCovenant has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), or any sexualization of children.

Adults only
JCovenant is a matrimony service for adults. Members must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account. We prohibit accounts, profiles, images, or communications involving children or anyone under 18.
Prohibited content and conduct
Users must not upload, request, share, store, link to, or promote CSAM; sexual content involving a child; grooming; sexual solicitation of a child; trafficking; or any attempt to evade these standards. We also prohibit impersonation, coercion, exploitation, and contact intended to harm a child.
Reporting and response
Users can report a profile or message concern through the in-app reporting tools. Reports are reviewed by our safety team, and we may hide content, restrict or remove accounts, preserve relevant information, and cooperate with law enforcement or child-protection authorities where required by law. We report suspected CSAM and child exploitation to the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first. Do not download, forward, or attach suspected CSAM. Include the profile or account details available to you when reporting through the app.
